The objective of this course is to give an introduction of multidisciplinary aspects of project management in every day engineering processes. Students will familiarize themselves with basic methodologies and tools that can be used when managing projects. Furthermore, students will be thought upon practical cases in order to simulate real life scenarios. Therefore, by studying this course, students will become familiar with the profession of 21st century – being a project manager.
